IMO the PACER was a document sitting in wait for this type of action. This is better than a response from PTL/PTSC, which I believe will be coming soon - IMO it demonstrates to me the legal team had this as a trump card within reach, and ready to throw.

This might be a game of who blinks first...

Probably every shareholder on earth is trying to reach either Pohl, or our SH rep...poor souls, lol....
