I'm thinking TPL presented very solid evidence of infringement through the discovery process and the J3 decided to play games via the patent reexamination(who is named on the patent). TPL is clairfying through the amended complaint and now they are pissed because of the J3 tactics.  Speculation only.

I expect news on several matters from PTSC early next week.
