Much discussion re mediation.  See that as viable in some cases, but not here. Reason being this is all or nothing.  We win or we lose.  What would be inbetween? Anything that awards TPL anything is a win in my book. Even if not a large amount, the settlement would pressure others to settle? Would the J# settle if the price is right? And how would a settlement of some lesser amt of $ be looked at by PTSC investors. Where would  such a settlement leave ARM?  Is settlement with the J3 for smaller that expected $ in the best interest of PTSC shareholders?  What would be an acceptable settlement? Since a good number of these  cases do not make it to trial, we ought to start thinking about the probablility of a settlement and what it might be.  Fairly new to board so if an old tread my bad, but might be worth rehashing again.
