I would not be surprised if S&L shorted this on the way down, unmalisciously, coordinated with the warrant conversions/share selling.. Speculation.. I don't have a clue if they did or do... It would give them a bit more profit, as they convert/sell at these lower prices as (if) PTSC is attempting to clear all warrants for whatever reason. S&L retained the right/priveledge to short as per the last 10K, when they gave up the right to reprice warrants. As S&L are selling/converting I want to know why they have not had to file the appropriate forms with the SEC.. S-1s or whatever.... How are they doing this?? Anyone..
