as a board monitor, but I believe the Agora solution would prove to be more equitable in the long run. The only concern that I have is that the bad guys could devise a scheme to "game the system" and actually get control of "our" forum ("our" referring to the "core" group that has no patience or tolerance :>)). This forum is important enough that it needs to continue without being diluted or awash in those who do not wish this company well. To paraphrase the words of a great president 'The price of a meaningful board is eternal vigilance.'
