But does Fish have a leg to stand on?  He sold his rights via Nanotronics (or whatever it was...Nano Nano! LOL). HE can't "win" anything, and I can't see how anything he says re: patent ownership (between he and Moore) could influence anything. But, again, I KNOW nuttin'!
