for the retail buyer, sometimes open and close are best times to buy if Patroit is buying, since Patriot is prohibited from buying one-half hour on each end of the day, allowing us little guys some room to buy without as much pressure, just in case they are buying. 

My guess - either Institutions and/or PTSC was doing some buying yesterday.
