I think the old gap was at $.41 x $.43, but I might be off a penny.  I hope we stop and reverse here, but you never know.  The market might be discounting a loss in Texas right now... but how anyone could know the outcome at this stage is nonsensical.  14 companies have settled with us... even if nuisance fees they would not have given us money if they thought the patents were invalid.  From where I sit I like our chances in Texas, and that's where I've placed my bet.
