Got it...sure missed that one didn't I? LOL Oh well, still wish our OS wasn't so high, but I see progress being made in that area. If we can eliminate all warrants, reduce OS to 350 mil, settle/win in Texas, than IMO things will be good. Not too much to ask for?

BTW....been trying that positive thinking thing you recommended a while back.....Jessica Alba still hasn't called me! LOL Needed something to laugh about this week. Good luck to ya.
