The board is to share ideas and opinions. if you like the way we have been managed, fine. i dont happen to think we are being managed well. this is my opinion. i wont go thru the list of what i consider to be managment blunders, i have stated them in the past and will probably state them again. this is my investment, my money, my opinion. the investment world has apparently voted a "no confidence" in PTSC. we were once called a "one trick pony" in print and i took offense to this because i believed we had a lot of irons in the fire. the bod has been in place for years, some are tied to the hip to S&L....this is not an opinion but a fact. our latest filings show we are debt financing a company. was this a Pohl decision? Turley? Seems to me to be an S&L decision. And what do you think the investment world thinks of a high tech company with the mother of all patents that cant seem to find anything to do with our revenue other that piss it away on divs and now loan sharking? hence the share price sinks. S&L have yet to file anything regarding sales of securities, yet the "group think" says it is all a calculated move. we have no employees and an office. what is the management logic in this? we have pr companies who dont do much pr'ing. yet we are being managed well. i posed a question for someone to point out where the BOD has accomplished something other than doing the biddings of our financier.....to date there has been no reponse other than to bash the poster. you bet i am frustrated after waiting all these years for ptsc to move the company forward. the only thing, IMO, is a shakeup at the top. this is the only thing right now that will stop the investor from fleeing. we cant survive on the MMP alone, the market knows it, investors know it, management either doesnt know it or they are content with their options, monthly salaries and the fact that they dont have to even show up on monday morning at the office. The markman will bring a spike of volitility to the stock, but when the dust settles, investors will examine what ptsc has done with the past revenues and we will be again judged by the market.
good luck all, teremoto
