To the legal experts, what are the likely outcomes of the markman hearing? I am an only a simple FPGA design engineer and am not too familiar with what happens at a markman hearing. Is it likely that PTSC/TPL would receive either a favorable or unfavorable ruling or can there be other outcomes such as an extension etc. Also if PTSC/TPL recevies an unfavorable ruling what can they do to recover?
