johny, and all. Okay, I gotta say something.  I.M.O. you do not comment about ANY pending court cases, period (.).  It can only do harm to your case as resulting communications can damage it.  We see this every day on T.V., whether it be a case like this, or a criminal case, like a murder.  That is not a good idea. (And I am not an attorney, not even close!).

The only thing I would like to add to this, for about the third time, is that Pohl WARNED shareholders, at the last meeting, that this stock and pps woud be VERY VOLITILE.  Anyone, correct me if I am wrong, cause I am paraphrasing.

I knew what I was getting into, and weighed risk and reward.   I am only a little fish in this pond, and will volunteer that I only own 20,000 shares.  I will also state that my average price is around .86 cents, although I did make about $3,500 in addition to that.  I am sure that some here may not like my current opinion about what is going on, but I am going to hold, and I would buy some more soon, if I can come up with the resources.  I blame no one for my "current" losses, and don't really care what the price is TODAY. Thanks, all, for the vent. I think good times are ahead! And thanks, johny, for the opportunity to respond.
