Putting the cursed paranoia aside, one can easily speculate that this is all coming together.  Yes, the lawyers are getting wealthy while working to establish the MMP validity, but if successful, we all will gain.  Pohl has shown as much commitment as any good CEO towards rewarding the long term shareholder.  Why think he would betray us now?  Brian has stood in the front for years.  Why think he would sell out?  He would not let TPL hoodwink us.  While the market sneers at us now and our share price reflects this disdain, there are reasons to have hope, maintain faith, and take the gamble along with Alliacense that we will prevail.  As a poster said last week, their time may not be our time.  I can still see settlement and Nasdaq.  It looks terrible now but it is still possible for everything to fall in place.
