are right.

IMO, we havn't the problem to find products or companies who infrige our MMP. There are many companies like Samsung, TI, IBM, Infineon, Bosch, Motorola, Nokia, Hynix, LG, Philips, NVIDA, Burr&Brwon, Sun,.............out there as potential infriger. Mr. Pohl mentioned 400. Furthermore real chip manufacturers, which IMO have to pay a little bit more than Olympus, Pentax & Co, haven't signed yet. Maybe, especially thoes companies are waiting till May to decide who to proceed.

However, my concerns are what happens with our share price because noboday cares about it and good news are not worth to make a PR. We've made a big progress in business, but share price went down
