All that is left for this stock to be a blue chip, is a win at trial, instead of settling at the Markman. However, if we settle for a huge amount that will be good also, just would be nice to nail one of the infringer's instead of having dozens of companies paying us multiple millions of dollars. Don't get me wrong - it is great to have so many companies paying us so many millions - it would be even better though, if they were paying us hundreds of millions, each time - especially since there are over 400 more to pay at the most recent count.

The Fish situation is a done deal - no more conjecturing about by the naysayers - this is super strong!
