werent you the guy who posted this a great day cuz we settled with fish and now you espouse too "look on the bright side"?  we are being walked down a path of a debt financer.  S&L own the company.  And now that is our revenue umbrella?  PLease explain to me, as a long time holder, how this is a competent BOD?  my god...we are in trouble!
