Amazing how dotOB and teremoto declare the 10q a disaster without being able to mention specific items in the report that make it a disaster. Yes, dot, everyone's entitled to an opinion. Too bad you couldn't back up your opinion with any logical thought process or facts.

Facts are the Fish litigation is settled in principle. It appalls me that they are walking away with $6.3 million when they were entitled to nothing. But that again seems to be a screwup by Beattie & Osborn, the result of a poorly written contract. At least it's settled. Uncertainty removed, which should please some of the posters here. At least until they find something else to whine about.

As Bush pointed out, we made money before recording the expense of the Fish settlement.

I don't suppose anyone noticed the average fully diluted shares for the 3 months was around 378 million, down from 419 miilion average for the six months. On the face of it, this looks like a typo to me. But since I'm not sure what goes into these calculations, maybe it's accurate. If it is I see this as a big plus.

Investing in Holocom Networks - a visit to their website tells you they work with defense contractors. Couldn't tell the ownership structure or any financial info from their website, but a brief look at what they do and who they do it with was impressive. Let's see you guys spin that negatively. Not to mention, we've lent them money at about 10.25% interest. Not a bad return on your money. Or do you guys think that sucks also. I would imagine this item might bring a bit of a pop in the sp if only from traders anticipating an announcement of some sort.
