Thanks, again, for the clairification.

The company I work for has had a patent case in Marshall, TX. We settled. However, I keep reading on this and other forums that the Markman will be the end all. It was my underswtanding that the Markman is a hearing and an actual judge's ruling would likely come some time after the hearing, not that day. Correct?
