wolfpack - Great find and a good read.  Question... does this opinion refer to the present Fish vs. PTSC case now before the courts, or is this only about the older case that Patriot won in a California court?  It apparently discusses both issues, although I'm not clear on this.  Fish came to an agreement with Jeff Whalin, ex CEO of PTSC separate from the original agreement if I'm not mistaken.
