PTSC/Swartz agreement? I seem to remember it, or the link, being posted here sometime ago - thank you very much.

The best pps explanation we can think of is that Swartz is selling to remain under the 5% upper limit of ownership in PTSC. Another guess is that PTSC may be doing some of its ahre buyback
