Obviously, I was not getting your point. You're right, I didn't get that your discussion was specifically and only when it comes to potential future issues between the parties of the contract. I was thinking that you were discussing this as if somehow such a profound contractual acknowledgement were to become public knowledge, and benefits that may be derived.
