Most mutual funds can not and would not invest in Patriot Scientific stock. Much too volatile. Possibly a hedge fund(?)

I think they would sell for the same reason anyone else would - they can't afford to be waiting for something to happen with Patriot while Patriot's stock price is sinking and the overall market is experiencing a surge.
