Quick question, I might be interested in attending part of the Markman hearing but I live in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />California so I would obviously have to travel pretty far to get there. Is this something that could get pushed back one or several times, or is it pretty concrete once it gets scheduled? I sometimes travel to Texas for work, so I could possibly schedule some work stuff so it is not a total loss if the Markman gets rescheduled. Just curious. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.
