Interesting article Wolf, thanks for always taking the time to find these things and share them with us. Since TPL has notified some 300 + possible infringers, I guess it is a strong possibility that we too are using a generic infringement letter, but I don’t know for sure since I have never seen one. My hope is that we wouldn’t fall into the same category as Eon-Net’s because unlike them, I believe that we are performing a factual investigation based on what I heard at last Aprils shareholders meeting. If I remember correctly, we have a team that works with identified possible infringers by dissecting their product and demonstrating how they infringe on the MMP Portfolio. I believe this is what would separate us from the Patent Trolls in the world since they are on more of a fishing expedition, whereas, we actually work with possible infringers to identify if infringement truly exists. Thoughts?
