I don't believe in the theory that Patriot will be bought -(I hope I'm wrong). If there is a buy-out - are options automatically converted? Would Turley be permitted (by law) to exercise his options if he knows there's an impending buy-out. I would think this would be considered insider trading.

I didn't expect the volume to be as high as it is today - being the last business day before X-mas. (1.3 Million )
