I knew that the suggestion to put Brian oon the board would come down the line but I am afraid I would oppose putting any of us on the BOD. While having a shareholder voice on the BOD does have some advantages, I would prefer that a proven business visionary step onto the BOD, one with the knowledge and foresight to drive PTSC forward and make it a real company.
