Perhaps it is not the reaction to the good news, but the possibility that millions will be spent on an "aqusition" that we don't want, don't need, don't even know what it may be - that uncertainty alone is not desireable in any way IMHO.  Only experienced business men can head up a job like that.  Lets wait five years before we start throwing around our money.

This stock should, according to logic, be several dollars. IMHO
