IMO The single answer to all your questions is to revamp the BOD. Its that simple and for a certain large shareholder (S&L) to not realize this is completely embarrassing. I just don't get it....S&L has the most to gain from an increasing share price yet they cant figure out that no one will give this company any respect until they decide to kick out Gloria Felecian and Helmet Faulk from the BOD and replace them with competent aggressive business minded people (it wouldn’t hurt to kick out your squatter Carlton Johnston either). I mean no disrespect to those individuals...its just business. These members have been around a long time with no results to speak for what so ever. They need to be removed and replaced immediately. There are two additional seats as we speak and they have sat empty for some time. S&L if you would like your potential 42M shares to be worth allot more than what they are today you must remove your buddies from the BOD of this publicly traded company. Do you not understand that your ill advised and inexperienced decisions are hurting your investment position daily. Do you not realize that having your buddies on the BOD warming seats looks really, and I mean really bad to the investment community. Smart money knows that you have had the board rigged for some time now. You seriously need to wake up, smell the coffee, and throw your ego out the window. Trust me it will help us all make allot of money.

I think I'm going to rag on this board every day until those board members are removed and replaced. Doesn't everyone think that its about that time?
