While we don't like these, the implication is (imo) that if we win in court, there will be no SUBSTANTIAL discounts again.  Imagine the license price if their is no substantial discount.  When it IS a substantial discount it is 5 to 10 million.  So if is NOT discounted, maybe 40 - 50 million?  When I go shopping, a substantial discount is at least half price.  But still, more millions to brighten the PTSC future outlook.  Who is holding them accountable?
