IMO, I believe the people in charge of PTSC do know what they are doing. Everything seems to be measured just enough to make a minimum of impact.

They hire a world wide PR firm and do not allow them to have at it. Those in charge, let say even if they did not have the smarts, would certainly hire others that can bring them maximum benefits.

So once again, I say this is a well orchestrated business plan in the works. When PTSC becomes what most expect, 20/20 hindsight comes into play; I wish I will remember and learn from the things that have transpired and use this knowlegde for future references.
