I would think that PTSC would be very happy to let the world know on that wonderful day when the warrants are all gone. They must know that this issue is taking its toll on PPS performance.

At least one friend that I shared PTSC with hesitated for a very long time before jumping in, purely due his DD and discovery of the warrant concern. He's now in on a limited basis (and probably pissed at me, as his most recent buy was at 96 cents!). The warrant issue scares potential investors who bother with thorough DD....and rightfully so. Not me though - NO FEAR! (i.e., too stupid to be scared! LOL).
