Air,

Yes that did crossed my mind and it does make sense, however, why would they have to file a 13G if they only own 4.99999% each? They beneficially own 9.99% and they filed the 13G under this premise so I assume they would have to file with the SEC for any changes there after since the shares were combined between related companies. Right?
