Most of us in our group feel that we do not want to have an acquisition. just buyback, dividend, hold cash -  keep it simple for at least a couple of years then let the shareholders vote on a joint venture if it makes sense.

We have someone to oversee lawsuits but noone to oversee business.  i.e a captain of industry.
