I note that in mentioning the potential JV Phol uses the term negotiations as opposed to discussions. To me that means they are much further along in the process, and perhaps just dotting the I's and crossing the Ts on the agreement. And the fact that they did not use discussions, as a minimum, means to me that they have narrowed it down to one company. How do others read it?
