Bill: It's a tough decision under the circumstances. I think I'd be inclined to sideline it for awhile. But things can happen on either front at any time.....

Bob: My understanding of the current optimism on EDIG has to do with three things: an actual order via Mezzo for the eVU for IFE (though I suspect it's only for a couple hundred units - but could lead to more), possible resolution of the digEcor/Maycom debackle (which could prompt more eVU orders by those who hesitate due to the litigation), and the expected announcement of the teaming with a law firm to pursue infringers of EDIG's patent portfolio (on a pure contingency basis). But you knew all that! LOL All still questionable. The greatest weight seems to be on the patent protection - but I'd think that it would take awhile to get rolling, and that the expected announcement, in and of itself, shouldn't be that big a deal or surprise (most, like me, originally got into EDIG because of the patents and the expected pursuit of infringers - what really changes? Something might actually happen? Someday?). However, I do think EDIG will get a pop out of the announcement - short-lived).

The weird thing to me is EDIG basically stating a date certain for the law firm announcement. Before the end of the year.... Either they've made the deal, or they haven't. If they have, why hold the announcement? (After all, I would think that it qualifies as a material event, so if it's done, tell us per the regs). If they have NOT made a deal and are still in the midst of negotiations, possibly multiple, how can they be THAT specific on when the deal will get done? It just doesn't make sense to me, making me conclude that there's some smoke in the air.

But I KNOW nuttin'! Apologies to the PTSC longs for the long OT. The Agora EDIG board has been pretty messy lately - and we KNOW what that can be like! LOL
