i do agree but S&L have made their money back on their investments in ptsc. they have been getting ptsc shares at a dicounted rate for years. remember the old pattern and brian talking of the warrant windows. these boys have eaten at this trough long enough. it is time for the sharehholder. the fat cats will still be along for the ride but it is time to share the wealth. this is one example of why ptsc should consider relacing its BOD. to me, the appearance is the same old group closely tied to our debt financers. and to beat the proverbial dead horse one more time, i just cant remember this bod ever accomplishing anything. yet they quickly rewarded themselves generous options out of an already unmanegeable float. this, to me, is piggish at the benefit of the retail sharehholder. this whole decline is all due, IMO, to managments decisions and their inabilty to execute to promote PTSC as a viable company.
