A remedy for the situation just described may be for Patriot and S & L to rewrite their agreement so that any warrant conversion shares a restricted for a period of time, and these restricted shares are not part of the calculation of the 9.99% holding.

Of course I'm sure S & L would demand another 15 million shares in order to agree to rewrite the agreement. LOL
