envexed..Thanks for the post. As related to that, I have a question for the board. I have only been around since about March/April here, but read everything so I think I am entitled to a stupid question. Does PTSC have any say on what TPL settles for, or is it just that we are at there mercy or descrection on what they are trying to do? Just an honest question, which I do not know the answer to. I would suspect that PTSC would have a great deal to say about acceptance of terms, but I am not quite sure. Any help, appreciated!
