I see that back in Aug of 2004 PTSC demanded immediate delisting from the Berlin-Bremen exchange. I am wondering if being on the Frankfurt exchange is doing stockholders any good. What I see is a daily ritual of going down in Germany (shorting) followed by US open with expectation of a price drop already in the air. Well IMHO anyway, that makes the MMs job of squeezing out a few more shares a bit easier, but is there a benefit beyond that?
