PTSC has aprox 70 mil unissued shares it could use in the event of a merger or purchase... So this could happen basically at anytime, especially since Pohl has stated numerous times they are well into this proccess. 

While I agree much of PTSC's future is riding on Texas and the eventual outcome of the litigation, IMO much more still depends on what Pohl & the Board do with the $12+ mil they have in the treasurey, the  MMP licensing monies that will continue to come in, and how they decide to use this and/or the unissued shares to purchase/merger for nonMMP revenue streams.

ALL does not hinge on Texas, IMO... much depends on how Pohl & the Board decide to use what MMP monies we have or will have.  We must continue to hold their feet to the fire for results... these decisions will also have huge effects upon share price
