TPL is piloting the litigation and licensing front, and just like passengers on a pitching ship, we simply have to hang on till they navigate us to our destination(s); whatever the outcome.

I'm going to try to write this week more about how the PDS Operating agreement oppresses PTSC's free and necessary information flow to it's Shareholders (and the subsequent ramifications),

I humbly suggest that it is not the Operating Agreement that is at fault because of these two easily accessible facts:

(a) To approve the Annual Business Plan, as well as any modifications thereto

(g) To approve any modifications, amendments or waivers of the Commercialization Agreement, and any of the license or other agreements referred to therein to which the Company is a party

There has been absolutely no reason why greater details could not have been given had there been such a desire, in my very humble opinion.
