I have admired many of your post over the past two years. You are a gentleman and we need more of that.  If we can have a debate and continue to have a common goal, we will surely make progress. You know there are good people holding this stock where a penny move means a couple of grand or 15K to 20K - my point (and I hope I made it respectively) was a couple of your posts were negative without merit albeit a bright educated guy you are.  You remember the old saying "negative comments have seven times the impact compared to positive comments" 

On another note, if we formed a Shareholders group and voted in a block, utilizing proxies when necessary, we could actually have some saying over our own financial future. Complaining on this board vents frustration, but may accomplish little if anything.
