While the volume may not be all that great, and the PPS move not all that significant, one must remember that this is the afternoon before a 4-day weekend for most. How much attention is "normally" dedicated at such a time (with people cutting out early for travel and such)? With this in mind, IMO today's action is "significant".

But I KNOW nuttin'!
