sold all my other stocks - for me this is the best and cheapest deal for a stock with a huge potential upside.  Do your own DD, this is just what I am doing.  I just would hate to be stuck if and when the next coming announcement comes out after hours.  My guess - within a week.

We are formulating a new "The Voting Shareholder's 'Shareholder's Group'" (in addition to, the current "PTSC Company's Controlled Shareholder's Representative"((Brian))) proposal that we hope to present to this board within a few business days.  The input of all voting longs will be highly valued.
