1. contact the SEC at http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml  (I have before and if more did, something may happen)
2. Yes, but commissions have to be paid which helps a little. Other than that, once we get more press lots of legitimate buyers really mess the mms up.  Finally, if news comes out when the mms are not prepared i.e. after hours they get burnt.  This is good for all of humanity and eventually they move on.
3. Not sure how to answer your 3rd question. Perhaps company buyback in small amounts to stabilize prices.
