sophie,

why make an outrageous statement like that? what proof do you have? it is not easy to watch our sp drop and no support from the BOD....your post just muddies the waters and has no apparent motive other than to bring in undue concern. I do think that the BOD needs a drastic and immediate overhaul. Replace the deadwood from the BOD with new industry talent.
