For all we know, they are. We are not privy to the amount that they are charging PER INFRINGEMENT ITEM. Therefore, for all we know they might be charging double what they used to be. Sony obviously got a big discount as an early signer. Remember, even tho they signed in June it appears they were in the process of settling way back in October 2005. Whether their "strategic" signing will help us in the future remains to be seen.

"We are looking to add new revenue streams"

Is this off in reality? Think Jim Turley signed on to be part of this big scam because he's tired of working for a living? Or maybe things are in process. You decide.

"We will be more open to our shareholders and satrt to act like a real company"

I don't read that as "We will tell our shareholders everything regardless of the consequences of how it could affect our operations". They can't tell us everything and I do believe they have told us what they can. Beat it to death all you want. This particular item can apply to 99.9% of ann stocks.

"We have hired Hoffman as our new pr agency"

Apparently to some people this also means "and we will be using them to hype our stock and we have lots of pr's to follow". IMO they will use Hoffman when they think the timing is right, i.e. they have the kind of news that needs to be spread to generate a large impact. I can certainly believe they don't think the timing is right, right now. However, I have learned to be a patient man over the last 7 years.

We can do this all day. Point is, you can complain about the things you don't like and pretend you can change them by bitching on a message board. Or you can take the approach that things will unravel on their own timetable. And accept the negatives along with the positives. Every stock has it's own warts.
