It is a shame, but I think our management is in the dark regarding
any negoiations. I think paranoid TPL is letting them know little more
than we know. If PTSC knew there would be this long a draught in
signings they would be doing more share buybacks now rather than
earilier.Also, they would have held onto their cash better.
I think we are in a ramp up period ( no more discounts) Discovery
in early December with no prior art will be a negoiating advantage
to us. When it happens it may explode.We may be getting some
early Christmas gifts. GLTAL
