Just wondering what type of time intervals would be deemed reasonable regarding: a) intitial notification to an infringer b) second notice to infringer for 'non-response' c) third notice to infringer threatening legal action d) commencement of a lawsuit With hundreds having been on notice of some sort for as long as they have now, I would think we either have a plethora of signings in the wings, or we should be pretty close to filing a lot of actions against a lot of infringers. A year or so of notices and negotiations should by now be bearing more results: signings or lawsuits. A random musing on an otherwise dull day; still waiting, semi-patiently.
