I don't think difficulty is the issue but rather now more time consuming..... instead of streamlining the case the court chose to to see a more detailed presentation on TPL part ....which is most likely a mute point once we reach the markman hearing which will most likely result in a settlement. just my thinking I am sure someone will correct me if I am way off base
